How to Make a Back to School Care Package

Start with a free Priority Mail Flat Rate Medium Box. Download the printable box decorations. Print them on white card stock. They are designed to be printed on 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper. They are designed to fit perfectly on the medium flat rate boxes, but you can cut them to fit whatever box size you choose.

Choose items to go in your Back to School care package. Some essentials like laundry pods, hand soap, and disposable razors are good ideas.

They definitely need some school supplies. My daughter and I love these Paper Mate Ink Joy Pens.

Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen or other over the counter meds and supplies will be needed at some point during the school year and they are expensive purchases for college students.

This is a funny one just for my daughter. She loves my lemon zester because it contains the zest while you grate it. Pick out something your student wants even if it seems like a strange thing for a care package.

College starts early and ends late so be sure to include a coffee gift card!

And be sure to include a Sharpie so they can fill out their box and send mom a first day of school picture!
